By accessing our website or requesting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Trigueros Corporation provides custom home building, ADU construction, whole-home renovations, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, and related project management services in Walnut Creek, CA and the greater San Francisco Bay Area. The specific scope, cost, and timeline of any project will be set forth in a separate written agreement or estimate provided for that project.

3. Estimates & Quotes

Estimates provided through our website or consultations are preliminary and non-binding. Final pricing is determined after a site visit, review of project scope, materials, permitting requirements, and any change orders. Any changes to scope or materials are documented in writing before additional work begins.

4. SMS Messaging Program

4.1 Program Name & Description

The Trigueros Corporation SMS Program ("Program") is a text-messaging service used to send you messages related to your construction, ADU, and remodeling project and, when you have opted in, promotional content. When you provide your mobile phone number and consent on our contact form, you may receive:

• Transactional messages: appointment reminders, estimate and order confirmations, scheduling updates, project-status notifications, and account-related alerts.
• Marketing messages (opt-in only): special offers, discounts, new service and product updates, and promotional announcements.

4.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your project and your opt-in preferences.

4.3 Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any message or data charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
